HMO Scotland has its own in-house architect - Lorna Morgan. Lorna is a fully qualified architect with many years experience in a large commercial practice in Edinburgh and latterly specialising in smaller scale domestic projects. Lorna currently prepares all of HMO Scotland's plans for submission for HMO Licence and deals with the company's Building Warrant and Planning Applications as required.
