About Us

HMO Scotland Limited was formed in 2002 in response to new legislation requiring regulation of multiple occupancy properties. Since that time the company has developed and consolidated its client base which now includes some of Edinburgh's largest and most respected Letting Agents. We also deal with many private landlords.

The company is managed by Brian Morgan who is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Brian has many years experience in dealing with all aspects of HMO Licensing. We are supported by a team of loyal tradesmen each of whom has many years experience in upgrading HMO properties. Our aim is to carry out upgrading works as cost effectively as possible while minimising the impact on the property.

In addition to our core services HMO Scotland also provide architectural and general refurbishment services, specialising in upgrading of rental properties.
