HMO Licence Safety Checks

As a condition of all HMO Licences it is necessary to ensure that safety certification is kept in date throughout the duration of the licence e.g. landlord gas safety certificate, electrical checks, servicing of fire extinguishers. HMO Scotland can organise all certification required for HMO Licence and ensure that clients are notified when certification is due to expire.
