Fire Risk Assessments

Each HMO property in Edinburgh now requires to have a Fire Risk Assessment carried out and this should be reviewed on a regular basis. Our Fire Risk Assessments are carried out by our in-house Chartered Surveyor who personally visits each property and thouroughly examines the fire safety precautions. As a result our assessments are specific to the individual property and are not simply 'cut & paste' documents which bear no relevance to the property. A well conducted and presented Fire Risk Assessment can be an effective tool in exploring alternative methods of complying with Scottish Fire & Rescue Service standards.
