Our Services

HMO Scotland Ltd has been formed to help you with the HMO licence application process. We are responsible for monitoring the council approved methods for upgrading HMO properties which are regularly subject to change. We will

  1. Take the hassle out of preparing all the paperwork for the application
  2. Source competitive quotes for all the work to be done
  3. Liaise with the council regarding inspections
  4. Co-ordinate all the tradesmen
  5. Carry out works to timescale agreed with client (Ability to have all works completed within one week)
  6. Represent the client free of charge at the Regulatory Licensing Committee in response to any formal objections to the application

We will project manage the entire process, ensuring that no costs are incurred without your prior authorisation.

We tailor make your application to meet your requirements and to fit in with your needs for the property. Works must been commenced within 3 months of the Initial Inspection by the Council. Alternately, works can be commenced and completed within a shorter timescale.
