Is your property an HMO?

As a rough indication of whether you need to register for an HMO Licence the following criteria will apply:

• Does the property have 3 or more occupiers?
• Are these occupiers unrelated to each other? (ie, no two or more people from the same family)
• Is this property their principal home?

If you answered 'YES' to all of the above then please call HMO Scotland Limited urgently as your property will need to comply with HMO regulations.
