HMO Scotland is a limited company which has been formed by Miranda Fraser who is a general practice Chartered Surveyor with over 10 years experience in the residential property industry. Recently she has worked for a property management company where she specialised in Houses in Multiple Occupation licence applications.

There are approximately 10-15,000 HMO's in Scotland that require upgrading with not enough specialists to assist the property owners with the application process and subsequent works. HMO Scotland Limited is a small company supported by a team of loyal and dedicated tradesmen proven at HMO upgrading works - hopefully our knowledge, experience and relationship with the council will help more HMO's secure compliance.
